CIA World Factbook has the breakdown as 80.5% Hinu, 13.4% Muslim. That means 1.1 billion x 13.4% ~= 147 million.

Whats your source for this nugget of Info? CIA says that 13.4% of the 1,095,351,995 Indians are Muslim, which would be 146,777,167 Indian Muslims. Close enough to 150,000,000.
