And that was the frustration of sooo many Americans. The mighty, political genius, policy wonk, politically skilled Bill Clinton, once again, allowed this great country, America, to be cowed by a third world tin horned dictator as he had done with Arafat and North Korea before. Of course, so too did he also hide again behind the skirt of Janet "Shake and Bake" Reno. It was a disgusting display on the part of an American administration. There is not one shred of doubt that if the Elian affair had occurred during the Bush Administration that Elian, and likely his father, would still be here in America and there never would have been the need for federal storm troopers to seize little Elian at GUNPOINT!
