No it's never a good time, but if they are coming in for a while anyway they might as well bring some of that Carter malaise with them because there is a whole generation that has no experience of double-digit stagflation and the out of control ravings of the gun control freaks.

This poll needed a filter question such as, "Do you have enough information to determine whether..." My guess would be 25-40% would answer they did not have sufficient information.

Reuters, AP and the MSM increasingly use polls as a means of making news rather than reporting on events. They use the polls like a drunk uses a lamp post--not so much for illumination but for support.

Jayna Davis is very persuasive, but apparently the state is not interested.

Wow.  That is one impressive and comprehensive list.  Great job.

Nope, no connection at all.  I can't believe the White House isn't trumpeting this information out to the public.

I can't predict the future, but think more 911s, gradeschools as targets, school buses, etc, similar to what we seen elsewhere in the world for decades. In other words, demrats winning means cut and run and bring terrorism back to our shores.

These polls are stupid, and I'll tell you why. These percentages are NOT saying that the majority of Americans have changed their opinion, what they show is that there is roughly 20% of Americans WITHOUT very strong opinions on things, that have changed their minds. THATS IT! Roughtly 20%. These same 20% are responsible for who gets into office. The mushy middle, the ignorant masses. Basically, modern politics is about tricking that 20% into voting for you and your party, THATS IT.

I advise all these Americans... to look who borders Iraq... and then say Iraq has no connection in the war against Islamic-fascism.

New York Times/CBS News poll

Oh, I thought this poll came from a legitimate news source not the DNC newsletter divisions.

This continues to confirm my belief that the dumbing down of America is in full swing.

Cliton was to blame, in a bigger way than the MSM or anybody else will ever admit, for the single most deadly attack on U.S. soil ever. He was diddling an intern while Rome burned, so to speak. He ignored or was just to damn stupid to fight what was facing us all. Killing an aspirin factory was so heroic. Wasting $10million to hit a camel in the butt.

Maybe this "51%" could explain how over 100 Al-Qaeda members were captured in Iraq over the past few days?

Poll.

Most Americans refuse to believe or buy the New York Times too.

Last time I checked, 46% was not a majority in this universe.

Then you have not checked since November of 1992 when 43.01% became the "new" majority. Nor have you checked since January 2005 when 45% became the majority of the American people.

"We as Democrats may be in the minority in Congress, but we speak for the majority of Americans."

What good is a poll that shows a majority are ignorant of the salient facts of the issue, other than pointing out the failure or bias of the establishment media? To believe the central thesis of the poll is to show how little one cares for documented facts, and how much one yearns to rewrite history, ... and reality.
