The US Constitution DOES NOT apply to my "soldier," in the conduct of military intelligence operations overseas and against our enemy, there . . . or anywhere!

The call is broadcast, and Constitutional protections do not apply to calls from our enemy to anyone, anywhere. The analogy was to bring that fact home to another enemy situated domestically . . .

Neither would any Iraqi constitution, however formulated, restrict that soldier from conducting intelligence operations agains our enemy, anywhere they are overheard.
