FACT:
One of the primary arguments used to dismiss border security is the typical defeatist attitude that it is logistically and physically impossible to build a physical barrier between the U.S. and Mexico. I will concede that no barrier would solve the problem by itself but it would definitely work better than what we have now. A physical barrier would allow border patrol to be more effective.
Any discussion of illegal immigration must first address our southern border or it loses all credibility with me.
Why neglect our northern border, which is far more porous and through which terrorists and illegals have come through; not to mention dope dealers?
