What is a "serious supicion"? Is this part of the NEW english taught in public schools -- Or is it just a yankee way of speaking? ;>)

I think it's above a *person of interest*, but below a *suspect*. See *orange level* alert chart for a clearer understanding. And buy more duct tape. Just to keep your head from exploding from PC gone insane.
