If I liked scalloped potatoes, I think that would be a great combo. Not liking them scalloped, I stretch my imagination and say that if I liked sour cream, I could see mixing some relish with that, on top of a baked potato. Not liking sour cream, I think I'll go get a hot dog to split open and insert relish into. ;-)
I don't use sour cream, but Mr Ohio will be happy to serve you relish.......and a hot dog if you'd like. :)
