Voter fraud in St. Louis got Carnahan elected, and is very hard to over-come in a Presidential election, state-wide.

Very true, and I remember some hack judge said that night that polls could remain open longer in St. Louis, which was quickly overturned. That judge should have been disbarred for tampering with voting laws.

You must also remember that it was Lacy Clay who went to that Judge and got the result he wanted. I thought that was a tragedy.
