There is no question that Christianity had a powerful influence on Nazi thinking as well.

Are we thinking of the same Nazis? The Nazis who tried to replace Christianity? The ones who tried to phase it out by pushing out a modified Bible to churches? The ones who, in the SS, replaced Christian ceremonies (i.e. baptism and communion) with Nazi abominations? The ones who persecuted Christians (yes, even to the point of sending some to concentration camps)?

Nazism was a direct assault on Christianity, not an offshoot.
