Slowly, with deepening horror, I realizedhe's serious. Oh, my.
This isn't liberalspeak, folks. It's off-the-end-of-the-table-American-Mercury-nutcase Right. There aren't wings in politics. It's a circle, and the Left and the Right meet in conspiracy cuckoo-land.
how right you are!
i was looking for some--any--indication of this being satiric, but then realized that this guy was serious.
i suppose that as the fifth anniversary of 9/11 approaches we're going to be swamped with all kinds of viewpoints (have you seen the networks lineup?), but it would seem that some respect could be shown to the 3,000 or so who died (and are now dying from complications of breathing the burning crap) and not victimize them further by making them pawns in some kind of political warfare.
what i would like to see on the anniversary of 9/11--and what we will never see--is a documentary on the "jumpers," who walked in faith into god's hands rather than face the horror of what the islamofascists had perpetrated. No 72 virgins, no elysian fields, just faith and fear combined into a prayerful act.
Sorry, the only joke is the author.

You have a way with words. Well said.
