Jerry Vlasak, a practicing physician, a spokesman for the Animal Liberation Press Office, and a former animal researcher, said that “obviously the roughly 30 non-human primates [Ringach] was killing every year would be ecstatic” with his decision to halt his work.

This is the very same Vlasack who went on 60 Minutes and said that he supports the murdering of any medical researcher who works on animals.

He's a genuine psychopath...meaning that DUmmie Land thinks he's great.

Vlasak and his wife, the former child actress Pamelyn Ferdin, are both directors of a militant “direct action” Los Angeles group called the Animal Defense League (ADL-LA).

Ferdin herself is the president of SHAC USA, a violent animal rights group described by the United States Department of Justice as a “domestic terror threat.”

And Vlasak has stumped publicly for SHAC, appearing at rallies and protests in support of the group’s “no compromise” plan to rid the world of animal laboratories.

Vlasak has personally been arrested several times for animal-rights-related activity...

I wonder how Dr Vlasak would feel if several scientists (or their supporters) were to do a drive-by shooting on his house?

Or at the mimimum, throw a brick through his front window with a note attached telling him to give his spokesman job or end up dead?

Methinks that Jerry wouldn't take very well to all the threats.
