The new texts are part of a federal crusade to reduce teenage pregnancies, which account for one in five births in Mexico, and prevent sexually transmitted diseases by introducing comprehensive sex education at an early age.

The goal is good. The method isn't. Somehow I don't think exposing young teens, whose hormones are just starting to rage, to explict sexual material is going to help. These kids don't need anything that is going to stimulate them more than is already happening naturally.
