All you're doing is proving Finkelstein's main thesis - that anyone who questions the supposed spokesmen of the Holocaust is immediately labeled an anti-Semite.

The fact is, and this has been amply documented in his work, there was and is ongoing an extortion scheme that has targeted Swiss, German, and now American (!) businesses for money which has gone and will go into the pockets of these organizations and their lawyers, with little to any survivors. *That* is his primary argument and that's why he's being labeled an anti-Semite by these organizations.

According to your logic, because Finklestein claims a conspiracy, he can do whatever he wants and any refutation of him is proof that he is correct!

I am not calling him an anti-Semite for his partially true charges of a Holocaust Industry. I am calling him an anti-Semite for using his thesis to
1. defend Holocaust deniers like Ernst Zundel
2. Create a moral inversion whereby Hizbullah and Hamas are victims because Jews speak up about them
3. Give cover to Shamir and Shahak's anti-Jewish rants.

Finklestein is the epitome of a leftist anti-Semite.

I am not defending Dershowitz's leftist activities. I am taking a look at one of Dershowitz's enemies.

Finkelstein remains a Marxist. He simply has moved from pure economics to racial Marxism/Third Worldist. (Marx --> Gramsci --> Fannon --> Foucalt)

In Finkelstein's worldview, Jews have power and Arabs don't. Jews are not evil but Jewish identitity and practice are backwards and malevolent. (This is rather close to Karl Marx's hatred of Judaism).
