Soon, the radius of influence of the individual will be drastically reduced. Imagine that you ride a bike to do your shopping. Your looking at 30 minutes to go 7 miles. If its flat. And sunny. Forget carribean vacations, skiing etc. Forget open heart surgery, radiotherapy, expensive chemicals.He's really a scientist? Thankfully, he's in France.
