Obviously you cannot read or comprehend what you read. The Koran explains it all to those who do not have their head in the sand. Tell me how does a, "Good Muslim," rationalize what the Koran dictates with being what you call a a good Muslim. It's nonsense to think that Islam can reside with any other culture.
