I used to carry a flashlight to bed and read under the covers when I was a kid..I have always been a night owl and now I am old enought ot sleep when I please..
I really do try to get my clock set with the rest of the world and then something gets me back off track again.
I feel out of whack when I get up early. I've gotten worse the last couple of years, if we had a rooster I would definitely hear it crowing! My daughter complains that I am not with the rest of the world, oh well!
