Post conceptive birth control is a form of infanticide, Bush cannot finesse that fact and he cannot parse it. It is what is and that is not something which seems consistent with his stance on stem cell research. For this, I am saddened and further disappointed.

Besides, your understanding of just how this medication works, needs a bit of work.
It fouls up the ovulation cycle in its entirety, so most conceptions will never occur. In the rare case that one would, then it might not implant, but that is not really the main effect of the pill.
It is more like the standard birth control pill in it's effect, but it is a morning after birth control pill.
The implantation effect is also a side effect of a birth control regimen.
