Bush said today during the presser, that he wanted the required prescription for minors language in the bill. It essentially creates a parental notification without actually having to put in the language.

Shoot, I thought it was puberty that did that. But, I'm old, now, so maybe I'm remembering High School wrongly these days. I could have sworn that it was puberty.
