I guess he was told to do it? by who? I'm not too sure. pressure from population-control groups? pressure from the pharm companies? I'm not too sure, your guess is as good as mine. It's a shame he gave in. I still think he has that pure, blue-blood mentality as his father did and thinks that title x funding, planned parenthood and population control are good things.
