The only reason why someone like Chris Mulick is even reporting on the EFF's web site is that their "game" must be effective, so that it must be generating its own buzz and people are already talking about it so it's beyond the media's ability to hide it, and so he tries instead, albeit unsuccessfully, to pour disdain on it.
