cherish my civil liberties as much as anyone, more than many. Flying isn't a civil liberty. Neither is driving. Sorry, but flying and driving are both rights. Unenumerated rights of the constitution. Also, they fall under the heading of "pursuit of happiness". Governments who tell you driving is a priviledge not a right are full of sh** and just trying to dupe you. Pity you fall for that junk.

I'm not sure how driving an automobile and flying on an airplane are unenumerated rights incorporated by reference into a Constitution that was ratified before the invention of either the automobile or the airplane.
Sounds like "living document" hogwash to me, not original intent.
