I'm thrilled to learn that 200 years of "checks and balances" results in ONE black judge single-handedly striking down one of this country's most effective anti-terror tools.

One day our "disenfranchised" minorities will realize that they and Muslims are NOT fighting the same cause.

Just a question...Is Judge Anna Diggs Taylor any relation to former crooked Detroit Congressman Charles C. Diggs Jr.?

I remember Congressman Diggs was brought down in a scandal involving the "House of Diggs" Funeral Home either in the late '70's or early '80's.

Can someone on this thread advise? Thanks.
