just saw where U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor, who was appointed in '79 just ruled that the NSA Wiretapping program, that is vital to hunting down terrorists before they can attack America, is illegal.

I don't know how long the appeal of this ruling will take, but, it will be interesting to watch the Bolshecrats squirm between using this to impeach Bush and we must continue to wiretap for national security.
