You're right - the author is not particularly intelligent. The constitution protects your right to speech from infringement by the government (unless you are criticizing an incumbent within 90 days of an election) It does NOT protect you from the consequences of foolish actions. Even a retard should have been able to guess that if your money is dependent on the flag waving contingent, then if you pi$$ them off you're going to see a sharp decline in sales. Maybe with an IQ transplant the fat chicks could be raised to the level of retard.
