Am I being paranoid, or is this a bad sign (like the 'Rats having dirt of Padgett). Aftre, Democrats have repeatedly used the courts to win when they can't win at the ballot box.

That's good...I am surprised they didn't take a page from the Texas Democrats and refuse to let a replacement name be on the ballot. Glad they didn't. [Take a page from Texas.]

It will be interesting to see how Blackwell's people treat this development. She ran and lost as Petro's running mate in May. I have direct personal first-hand experience just how mean, vicious, and personal Blackwell's campaign staff can be when you don't do what they tell you when they tell you to do it.
I wish Blackwell's people were as tough with the Democrats as they were with fellow Republicans.
