That's the inevitable conclusion - we've really been left with no choice. The only question is when this will happen and when civilization will finally get fed up enough to pull the trigger. Civilized economies absolutely dwarf that of the Muslim states, so we will win eventually, I just wonder how many millions will need to die.

They've said who they are. They've said what they want. But the West continues trying to make nice and do kissy-face.
However more and more people are getting fed up. More and more people want swift expulsion and exclusion from the land of civilized countries.
