The liberals fear the republicans more than the terrorists...that's a fact. They know that the conservatives will protect this nation, no matter how the liberals act. Therefore, they're favoring the enemy because they perceive no threat from them, yet understand that they will have a political gain if they oppose the republicans.
In an effort to make themselves appear as victims of the Bush regeime, they put themselves in the seat of terrorists. "They're monitoring our phone calls!"
"We're losing our freedoms!"
They, in all actuality, have nothing to fear from our nation's defenders.
