Not to worry. The state and the feds will get their last laugh on GE and make them dredge the whole thing at a cost of $500mil or so.
A simple look at the way NY treated GE will let everyone in on the little secret of why companies outsource to other countries.
Now, there are areas in upstate NY that are literally dead in all ways because NY killed the golden goose. Now NY and the feds are getting one last laugh on choking the already dead goose...remember that next time fools whine about jobs leaving the country.

Is this true? On a trip with my son to my home town in the Mid Hudson Valley, we stopped off at the Palisades to view the river and the NYC Skyline. The number of eagles and hawks over the river caught my eye. Seems to me they'd be the first afflicted and yet have heard of no reports on pollution endangering the predators.

I guess that we'll see a class action lawsuit being filed by illegal aliens from Mexico. These people never heard of catch and release, even when they catch a 4 inch johnnie roach.I can't imagine the amount of PCBs they are ingesting while they deplete our ponds and lakes of fish.I knew there was a problem when I pulled in a 4 pound bass that some moron tried to put on a stringer made of speaker wire.I couldn't believe my eyes when I pulled the fish in and saw the speaker wire stuck through its gills.
