Attributable, to a significant extent, to the arrogant incompetence of M. Albright. A perfect example of how Clinton's penchant for choosing form (i.e. a liberal woman who HIllary approved of) over substance has put our children, and the world at risk.

We were on the wrong side in that conflict. The US administration of Clinton, Albright, et.al. supported the Islamic militants in the former Yugoslavia instead of Orthodox Christians. This is yet another example of the liberal appeasement theory that those who wish us evil should be understood, instead of dealt with.
