North Koreans are preparing for a possible undeground nuclear test, reportedly at P'yunggyeyok in the northeast of the country not very far from the missile launch facility of Taepodong 2 last month (and other launch complexs for nodong and scud missiles), Musudanri. This according to the daily Korean newspaper Joongang Ilbo, which Japanese TV NNN Network highlights in this brief report. You can see the brief streaming report, including a map showing the location of this suspected test in northeast North Korea, in the clip. It is 300K and viewable via Windows Media Player.

Seems like breaking if true.
Not good.
I should add that the footage in this video is primarily of the nuclear facilities at Yongbyon, including removing fuel rods, filmed some time ago. Nevertheless the value of the video is the location noted on the DPRK map and the comments noting the suspected preparations for a nuke test at the P'yunggyeyok facility area as we speak (per Joongangilbo News, South Korea).
Ahhh...dont' worry. Rice will go to the UN and they will pass another "Peace in our Time" resolution. That will stop them...yeah.
Gag...
If true, this is no surprise. We have left N. Korea, Iran and Syria alone too long. These threats to world peace need to be eliminated NOW.
Not sure what "The Jong-er's" timeline on this is but hope to be back in DC before he pulls the lanyard.
