In this circumstance the UN may feel that what is sauce for the goose is not sauce for the gander.

I believe the Israeli's are till entitled to defend themselves and this would certainly fall in the area of self defense.
Sorry Kofi, and all other Hezzbo sycophants, NO CIGAR on this one.

Israel is doing what they need to do to ensure their survival. It is beyond ludicrous to think the UN can keep the peace. I am behind them 100% and so should the US.

Israel has said it will continue to carry out such actions until an expanded international military force is in place to prevent Hezbollah's re-armament. That being the case, IMHO, the Israelis are gonna be plenty busy.

Did anyone seriously think that the cease fire was anything more than a break for Hezbollah to reload?

"....movement of weapons from Iran and Syria to Hezbollah...."
proof that "Lebanon" has no intention of "disarming" "Hezbollah"
because they are one and the same, and are now using this so-called ceasfire to re-arm.....

yes - if Hizbollah isn't going to be disarmed, stated by signatory Lebanon, and Hizbollah says it is not going to do so voluntarily, then the UN resolution is irrevocably broken, and it's every man for himself. no more of the agreements that Israel complies with and the other signatories are allowed to violate with impunity. enough.

The resolution which stopped the conflict said Israel should end all offensive military action and Hezbollah should end all attacks.Interesting choice of words.
No mention whatsoever on the Muslim Mass Murderers, whether hezbollah or the Lebanese "army" receiving massive weapons resupply from Iran/Syria violates the agreement...

Hey they could have sent in the 49 French soliers that landed in Beirut. Bwahahahahaha! This cease fire will come to no good. It was a lousy cease fire for Israel and poses a threat to the civilized world.

Keep spouting your praises of Hezbollah, Prmine Minister. The more you make their cause your own, the greater the excuse that Israel has for ignoring your claims to sovereignty.
