If most Arab Americans are Christian, I'm sure they would not mind going through a little more than normal at an airport. That being caution for the ALL of us.

Agreed. However, that doesn't mean that government security checks should ignore flight schedules and do routine strip searches or their equivalent against all Arab Americans. I never expect the government to do any thing well, and Homeland Security is no exception.
