I think so. It seems that the Japanese and the Israelis will be buying a lot of Patriot missile batteries in the near future.

Israel is already ringed with them but I'm guessing they're going to need more "bullets"

Perhaps the IDF will wish to purchse the Arrow system, being homegrown and all.

Mr. Abe is supposed to be pro-military for a Japanese politician.
The Japanese government probably faced more pressure from the citizenry about sending troops to Iraq from its populace, although the same political group has only been interrupted from power rarely since the start of modern, political Japan.

I think we should just go ahead and nuke NK and get it over with . Why wait? It ain't going to change. Enough of this already . Don't even wait for a pretext , just do them.

I think we should just go ahead and nuke NK and get it over with . That would be a little dicey, what with China to the north and South Korea to the, well, south.

"Japan's neglect of air defense contrasts sharply with the demands of the British public for protection after London was attacked (by German Zeppelin airships and Gotha bombers) in the latter stages of World War I."
maybe the author should compare similar things when trying to make a point via distortion. Has tokyo been attacked recently?
To: LeoWindhorse
it is easy to say when you don't actually live in any of the korean or japanese cities that ARE in target range, or even okinawa.
what is your casualty estimate for allied countries from the action you propose?

But there is a high chance of Tokyo being attacked by North Korea. Their Scuds and Nodongs are within range of Tokyo. That is why they need Patriot batteries to protect them and costal cities.

hit them so hard there is no possibility of counter fire.
Use neutron weapons
I live on America's front line to this HK bs and it is
getting really old , I say let's get it on and get it over with . What's the point of calling them an axis of evil
(which they are) and then never doing anything about them ?
NK is the perfect example why we should NEVER walk away from half finished non conclusive wars . We need to win by utterly crushing our enemies , not playing footsie with them.
