With all the problems accompanying the massive, disruptive immigration from the underdeveloped world to the industrialized world, there is one word that underlies successful integration. But it is, most unfortunately, the word that you dare not speak. Better not even think it, in fact. At politically correct soirees, don't even let it cross your mind, because some smart aleck son-of-a-gun might just mind-read. Oh, you might occasionally have lapses and think that this word actually IS at the core of things, were we permitted to speak of it; but the lapse will fade quickly because the consequences are so dire.
Political correctness is a disease spawned from liberalism. And our country is going through a spell of it now, that hopefully will not be terminal to America, its freedoms, liberty and soverignty -- in spite of all those working against America that we listen to daily.
we had a culture war, culture lost
Of course those of the New World Order religion which to simply assimilate, which supposedly fixes everything.
Bingo. Sometimes GG is right on target.
- Snip - The other wand you could wave across the ghettos and barrios of America and infuse the inhabitants with Japanese or Jewish values, respect for learning and ambition. A Confucian or Jewish love of learning would gain minorities far more than any affirmative action laws we might pass."
Borders, language, culture. She's right and so is Richard Lamm. We aren't allowed to talk about the last one because multi-culturalism says that all cultures are equal. Obviously that is a stupid belief; not even the liberals really believe it. The Libs certainly don't think that Southern Christian culture is as good as NE secularism. I'm glas to see that a few more people are starting to speak up on this taboo subject.
An uphill battle, but we have a chance to prevail.
Richard Lamm. Doubt very many will recognize him as former Democrat Governor of Colorado.
