Those that oppose the license plate claim all they see is hate. Well, when I see something named after MLK all I see is honoring a known womanizer that was so unfaithful to his wife that he was asked to leave the church where he was pastor, the same man who was unfaithful to his wife the morning he was killed, a man whose entourage didn't pay hotel bills when they went to a city to demonstrate and shook the owners down if they protested, a man that chose to encourage the growth a communist school in Tennessee that preached the overthrow the US government, a man that plagiarized his doctoral thesis and was never questioned about his facts and sources, and a man that didn't give credit to any of the speeches he plagiarized openly. Had he not been assassinated, he would have become the same pathetic leader that Jesse Jackson has become when his MO and true colors were exposed. I am offended each time I see the street signs named after this man of little ethics and moral turpitude and am offended when I have to honor a holiday named after such a man when more substantial American heroes are slighted (Washington and Lincoln) to accommodate this man for political correctness.
