Yeah but that's just the typical liberal swill. All bluster, nothing to back it up. When it's all over, the ruling will be reversed as having no legal basis or Constitutional fact to back it up, and the NSA program will continue, but there will be one other byproduct. It will, and has already, create even more angry conservative voters, who will be even more bent to keep the GOP in control of the Congress, so the next two years, retiring liberal Judges like this liberal hack broad, will be replaced with constructionist rational Judges by Bush. THAT is why ultimately this will be good for us.

The ruling is bad, stands opposed by precedent, five previous cases in fact, and it just gives more ammunition to the conservatives like us that always say that liberal activist Judges have to be replaced and that liberals do not protect us from terrorism and are more pre-occupied with incorrectly perceived violations of ficticious civil rights, than protecting the counry. This willbe a bad backlash for the liberals in the end, and it will all happen before the election.

I agree with you, but it won't play out like that in the press. It will be back to The "President's controversial warantless domestic eavesdropping program."
You watch.
