What is scary is that they ( maybe, I wouldn't doubt it ) may have some of their ( I.C.B.M.s ) missile launcher men ( button pushers ) at the buttons socked out on Vodka.

Lucky for the world, I believe the buttons require a person to be in a standing position, not face planted on the floor in a coma :)

I wonder how up to snuff their I.C.B.M equipment really is ?
I once was watching a ( must have been the military channel ) show one day about how close we came to nuke war in the passed, and there was this incident that the Soviet Union had while testing one of their computers and it went haywire, and they were in a panic.
