Everyone should plan ahead and stock up for disasters because sooner or later the odds will catch up with us. Those who do not prepare should not expect the prudent to bail them out. How long will you be able to feed your family if and when a new plague arises? My preference is beans & rice; calories are all you need and they are cheap.
Good choice...you can live forever on beans and rice. Beans have all the nutrients your body requires except niacin. Rice is rich in niacin.
