It doesn't matter, major cases like this are never decided on the District court level. Its going to the USSC eventually which I believe will decide for the President. No District court judge can tell a President what to do, particularly in national security issues.

Diggie's making a political statement. Her argument as to the standing of those who brought the suit was "Well, if we don't rule that these journalists and pointy-heads have standing,
who the hell else is going to stand up to Bush?"The 6th Circuit won't even have to rule on the merits; just throw it out because the plaintiffs don't have standing.

To me, it appears that this "decision" is little more than vomit from a partisan, Bush-hating 'RAT. More than likely, this bimbo handed down this "decision" in an effort to help out her DNC massas' "impeachment" proceedings.
