Chris Yates from Jane's Aviation told the BBC that both the swab and sniffer dog tests were extremely sensitive. The likelihood that a container that had not come into contact with explosives would come up positive on both tests was extremely low, he said.

You could be right but they sound pretty sure it's a bomb. Also, everybody from Pakistan might not be Moslem, but 97% of them are so I'd have to say the odds are pretty good this woman's Moslem too.

Someone else may have packed her bags for her,

yeah, I am sure she just wanted to bring along her cremated/liquified jihadi brother on the plane with her to see how he tasted in that water bottle.
