***Now it is time for the President to work with Congress to devise tough, effective, and lawful ways to monitor the communications of suspected terrorists." ***

No Nancy: Now is the time for you and the rest of the assholes in Congress to get off the mans back and let him get his job done.

For the life of me I don't know why Republicans are not saying dems want to make us less safe and open ourselves to terrorist attacks and say the only reason we haven't been attacked is because of wiretaps and these legal measures President Bush is using to protect us ...

If I was a terrorist leader overseas right now I would be activating my cells in the US. After the attack I would write a letter to this judge and thank her for her being such a dumba*s and allowing such a monumental opportunity.

Good.
She's now on record supporting a decision to extend 1st & 4th amendment protections to communication with known terrorists.

From the the malformed opinion:
...{plaintiffs} must also communicate with individuals abroad whom the United States government believes to be terrorist suspects or to be associated with terrorist organizations, and must discuss confidential information over the phone and email with their international clients.
