If I was a terrorist leader overseas right now I would be activating my cells in the US. After the attack I would write a letter to this judge and thank her for her being such a dumba*s and allowing such a monumental opportunity.

She's now on record supporting a decision to extend 1st & 4th amendment protections to communication with known terrorists.
From the the malformed opinion:
