So, who is playing the fear card? One prediction: Harry "We Killed the Patriot Act" Reid will be silent when this order is (1) stayed and (2) overturned by the Court of Appeals.
This decision is actually good news for the GOP. The President and up-for-election memmbers of Congress need to hammer home that this is what they will get with the Dems in power.
The GOP has needed to be on the offense for a long tie. I hope that this ruling will serve as a catalyst for it.
