First of all, I do NOT believe that six million children are starving in America. Second of all, where is DCFS because there IS NO EXCUSE FOR ANY CHILD TO STARVE unless they have negligent parents. What is the food stamp program for? And if they parent chooses to not use that, and the child is starving, they are negligent. But there are six million poor people not willing to take public assistance??? Doubt it.
These people are at the bottom end of the intellegence pool.
