We're doomed...this on the heels of finding out that the recent plot in Britain was foiled in part due to listening to phone conversations between Pakistan and the UK.
Brilliant!

Since I am a citizen, and the Government reports to me, can I rule "Tough Sh**" and have the surveillance left in place?

Thanks for weighing in there Chippy, but the court really has no say on how the Commander-in-chief of the military chooses to conduct intelligence gathering on the enemy in a time of war.

Nice job of judge shopping most likely.

Oh, boo. No one gives a damn about a random judge's opinion on which country should win the WoT.

I really think it's going to take an Islamic terrorist detonating a nuclear weapon on American soil before people finally get it. Even then, who knows?

I haven't heard anything about this ruling yet, but I am 100% confident anyhow that a federal judge did not rule that NSA surveillance is unconstitutional. I am certain that what you mean is that a federal judge ruled that warrantless NSA surveillance is unconstitutional.
