The alleged UK airport terror plot was sanctioned by al Qaeda's No2, Ayman al Zawahri, according to Pakistani intelligence.
"We have reason to believe that it was al Qaeda sanctioned and was probably cleared by al Zawahri," a senior official said.

Actually 95% of DUers don't think Osama and Al Zawahiri are real terrorists. They think Bush brings them out for scare tactics when his poll numbers go down. They are totally sick and irrational in their thinking.

I try to go to DU. I realize you have to know your enemy, and they are indeed the enemy. Going to DU produces nothing good for me, I am either totally disgusted, sick to my stomach, or angry beyond words. Frequently it's some combination of the above. I can't believe those people think they're Americans.
