Here's how to do the link thing:
Let's say you want to do a link to FR.
<a href="http://www.freerepublic.com">Free Republic</A>
would appear as...
BTW, I did that with the XMP tag; if you put the letters xmp in a tag (for "example," naturally), the computer will ignore any html tags after it and print them as plain text. Then you close the XMP tag with the slash just like you would any other tag. Here's an example with "AAA" taking the place of XMP:
Normal: italics
With XMP tag: <AAA><I>italics</I></AAA>
