The only thing more pathetic is W's double talk and Congress's complete lack of action to correct this situation. Surely, there's enough BS government programs than can be done away with to build the wall/fence combo.

If they (on the Hill) say that money is the problem, well, I can find $30 billion+ so fast it'll make your head swim, however, it'll most likely seriously affect the Congress Critters' repayments of political favors and the bonuses of Corporate America, not to mention the drug lords, illegals, terrorists and those in this country distributing it all.
