Even a San Francisco Judge spoke so now there is no excuse for the Government not to subpoena reporters to the Grand Jury in leak cases concerning national security

I think we all need to thank Pinch, Bill Keller, Judy Miller and the NYT in general for having forced a situation where prosecutors now realize that reporters are now subject to examination, just like everyone else. Bless them all for this is their true legacy!
