I despise McKinney as much as anyone, and am hoping that she won't ever rise, zombie-like, ever again, but electronic voting is a bad idea. It is too prone to hack attempts and other shenanigans, leaving no physical record against which it can be legitimized (is that a word?).

Another consideration is that our voting machines are to be programmed in Chavez's Venezuela. Electronic voting makes it too easy for Democrats to try to steal an election. The harping they do about Commander in Chief, Bush stole the election, etc., is projection because they have these tendencies. Let's not make it easy for them to act on those tendencies.
