I am not disagreeing with you here. However, everything is borders borders borders. I believe that 9/11 happened with visas from the state department not porous borders.
Both have to be taken care of. Visas are an executive order and should be done NOW. Unfortunately the borders are politics and apparently the hispanic vote is more important then doing something about the borders.
